When I joined LinkedIn, I considered it a professional platform. In the beginning I posted few posts that were not supposed to posted by a professional. But those posts were indented to express my dissatisfaction with the system, Law and order. Sometimes to say the truth we have to stop being politically correct. Here I want to express how hiring managers, resource manager offers Electrical Apprentice jobs after reading profile that states 4 years experience as Apprentice, 5 Years Experience as Journeyman Electrician in residential, Commercial and Industrial. 4 Year Experience as Master Electrician 4 Years experience running corporation including estimating, Tax returns, Planning installation, getting them inspected, getting passed to Canadian Compliance standards If after reading this hiring managers think they can offer a electrical apprentice position ,it tells about their educational and work experience. It is still acceptable such irrelevant offers from kijiji ads but it does not justify receiving from professional platforms like LinkedIn. Better offer those position who want to start in the field but from them they ask 4-5 years experience as beginners. I could never understand how can a beginner have 4-5 years experience. And the one's who have 15-20 years experience you keep offering apprentice positions. Please reflect and question yourself.
