Have you ever felt the need to hide a part of yourself at work? It's not uncommon to feel like you can't be your authentic self in certain situations. Religion is one of those topics that can be challenging to discuss in a professional setting. However, there may be times when it's necessary to share your beliefs. It's important to remember that when someone shares something that is different from what you believe, it's not your place to judge them. Instead, offer support and respect their beliefs . Ramadan Kareem 🌙 to all my Muslim brothers and sisters who are celebrating. May it be a month of spiritual growth, and may your hearts and homes be filled with peace and joy! During this sacred time, Muslims worldwide will be engaging in fasting from dawn till dusk, as well as acts of charity and self-reflection. As a community rooted in compassion, it's important to recognize that individuals observing Ramadan may experience fatigue or require some accommodation due to their commitment to late-night prayers and fasting. Let's approach this period with understanding and empathy, being mindful of all those observing Ramadan and continue fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our community. As we go through the experience of this holy month, we’re reminded of the many great values and moments it holds for us all. The type of values to abide by in our work and personal lives, use them through any obstacles and uncertainty we might face. To me, these values of motivation, patience and commitment I always keep these goals in mind as we continue our journey to deliver on our promises, share successes within our community, customers and employees.
