Before providing a "Summary" of this Project Initiative about 6G, one may wonder if it is valid to wonder (& may be even dare to ask) & need to know about the foreseen for 6G New (End-User) Services (not just User Domains), when there is reference to variety of Technologies that would be utilized on the New 6G Platform?!??! May be, one may wonder about...as "the most exciting" & probably, "the most valiable" & even "most important part", End-User Services & benefits...is somehow ...missing...isn't it that strange ?!?!?! In the Comment section attached link to the specified for 5G Advanced use of AI ML with specified Service KPIs & AI ML Model Training, Split & Transger on the Network Endpoints. In summary: The AI-NET-ANIARA Project, led by Ericsson, contributes Novel AI Concepts& Carrier-grade AI Technologies for Telecom Edge Automation, a Dynamic Computation Offloading Solution, & Demonstrations of Edge Node Data Center featuring New Cooling Solutions. Three (3) EU Countries & 20 Partners were involved in the Project from Sweden, Germany, & the UK. The Project Goal was to complement the Evolution of 5G with crucial Technical Enablers towards an Intelligent & Sustainable 6G Platform, offering Services beyond Pure Communication, including Compute & AI.

Unlocking Synergies between AI-RAN and O-RAN As the telecom industry embraces the power of AI-RAN and open networks, a compelling opportunity arises—how AI-RAN’s embedded AI/ML capabilities and O-RAN's 3rd party RIC rApps/xApps/(dApps-not standardized yet) can work together in synergy to transform network operations. Synergetic Interworking Mechanism: - Real-time Intelligence: AI-RAN's AI/ML engines can feed predictive insights directly to O-RAN RIC’s 3rd party rApps/xApps, enhancing their ability to make timely, data-driven decisions. - Collaborative Optimization: AI-embedded algorithms in AI-RAN can work in tandem with O-RAN applications to optimize RAN performance, streamline operations, and predict and prevent network congestion. - Dynamic Scalability: By leveraging AI-RAN’s self-learning capabilities with O-RAN’s modular and scalable architecture, networks can achieve real-time adaptability across diverse environments, from dense urban areas to rural deployments. The convergence of AI-RAN’s embedded intelligence and O-RAN’s app-driven flexibility will unlock unprecedented levels of automation, efficiency, and innovation. Together, they can pave the way for truly intelligent networks capable of meeting the ever-evolving demands of 5G and beyond. #AIRAN #AIinTelecom #ORAN #ORANRIC #AI #ML #RAN
