It was a truly powerful and inspiring week for #BusinessServices professionals, with #ABSLForum serving as a perfectly timed platform for discussions on opportunities, challenges and solutions facing our sector in the upcoming years. Thank you to Saumya Bhavsar, as well as Derek Smith and Thomas Zickler from #DACH community, for the fireside chat titled: Europe’s competitiveness at the crossroads. The importance of cross-border collaboration between business and government was outlined in the discussion. The key take-away is that, by sharing knowledge and resources, Europe can create synergies that drive economic growth and improve market position. However, a clear focus needs to be on accelerating digitalization, adapting to new workforce models, and ensuring businesses have the tools they need to thrive in an increasingly digital world.
