With GenAI-powered drafts, personalized notices, real-time collaboration, and an integrated review workflow, Kyber is able to significantly streamline the process and improve overall quality for claims teams. For example, when Branch Insurance's claims team needs to create a complex notice detailing whether a claim was covered or not, instead of spending hours piecing the evidence together, writing/formatting the notice, and finally getting it approved, adjusters can simply point LetterGen at a claim file and Kyber will automatically generate an initial set of high-quality drafts that an adjuster can pick from, assign reviewers to, collaborate on in real-time, and then send (while syncing it back to the claim file). Once sent, letters are locked from being edited, allowing full auditability on each notice.
