We’re pleased to share our annual Corporate Citizenship Report, “Building Today for a Better Tomorrow,” which highlights our progress and achievements from the last year.   In 2023, we: 🌍 Reported a 38 percent cumulative reduction in global manufacturing-related greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, exceeding our target of reducing Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions from manufacturing by 30 percent ☀ 18 percent of our manufacturing sites’ global electricity has been shifted to renewable energy, progressing toward our goal of 30 percent by 2030 ✅ Reported that 96 percent of our plastic packaging by weight was EPS-free and 91 percent was PVC-free, as we aim to achieve our goal of eliminating the use of both in all packaging by 2025 👷♂️ Maintained a world-class safety record with a .52 Global Recordable Incident Rate 🎁 Awarded $195,000 to 27 nonprofit grant recipients across 14 locations and donated $9 million in products to charitable partners around the world   While our work is ongoing, we’re proud of what we accomplished in 2023.
