Founding Director at Halsey Keetch - Expertise in Financial Services Governance & Controls Since 1988
The news you have all been waiting for is finally here... The Halsey Keetch breakfast series for Q4 is officially in motion. We have been a little delayed by a very busy start to the new term / Autumn, but we have an absolutely fantastic line up and we are excited to announce the first on the list below. This event is a repeat of the extremely popular session we ran in June with the authors of The Art and Psychology of Board Relationships: The Secret Life of Boards, by Joy Harcup and Helen Hopper. Once again we are lucky enough to be joined by Joy and Helen, and this time we will focus on a chapter of the book which is of particular interest to us, and hopefully to our network: 👉 Join us for a deep dive into the challenges executives and non-executives encounter in holding power together on boards 👉 If you were interested in our recent breakfast introducing the book The Art and Psychology of Board Relationships: The Secret Life of Boards, you'll enjoy this in-depth exploration into the balancing of the executive / non-executive power seesaw We'll be focusing on how executives and non-executives: ✔ Establish and manage their respective roles and responsibilities ✔ Stay aligned in complex, highly regulated and fast-moving environments ✔ React psychologically when boundaries are blurred, lines are crossed, or when it's a struggle to feel in control in high stakes situations ✔ Can contribute at a strategic level to the best of their collective ability Date: Thursday 21st November 2024 Time: 8.30 - 10am Location: City of London (details will be sent when your place is confirmed) As ever, you will join us for a warm, inclusive and insightful session on the above, with a light breakfast, coffee and good company. Invitations are also being sent to our guest list next week, places are limited and given on a first-come-first-served basis. Please contact me at caroline@halseykeetch.com to request a place.
