How we built our business to £3m without any marketing spend. No marketing budget. No paid ads. Just relationships. We built our business to £3m by focusing on delivering value and creating genuine connections. Here’s how we did it—and how you can too. The Secret: Relationships Over Ads When you’re starting out, you have to get creative. For us, that meant being available whenever clients needed us and going the extra mile. Here’s what we did: ✅ Met clients at their homes to save them time. ✅ Responded to messages early before the day got too busy. ✅ Met out of hours to accommodate their schedules. One client called me ready to sign 3 new contracts, but was going on holiday the next day. I was jam packed that day but dropped everything, went to his house and got them signed. He has earned us hundreds of thousands of profit over the years. These personal touches weren’t just about customer service—they were our marketing strategy. Every time we made life easier for someone, they became an ambassador for our business. Ads might bring instant leads, but relationships bring trust, loyalty, and longevity. Customer service is an investment that keeps paying off long after the initial interaction—building advocates who actively promote you. My Advice to Young Entrepreneurs Do what needs to be done. No job is too small. Remove the ego, go above and beyond, and focus on building long-term relationships. Once the cash starts flowing, then you can reinvest in marketing to scale. Question: How much time are you really investing in your relationships? Are you doing enough to provide a service people want to talk about? This week, reach out to a client you haven’t heard from in a while. You might be surprised by the impact a simple check-in can make. #entrepreneurshio #clientrelationship

I made millions of dollars by simplifying my business into these Four Parts, starting with Social Media! When it comes to getting the word out about your business, a lot of us tend to hold back, thinking there's only so much we can do. It's like we're stuck in this mindset of scarcity, especially when it comes to posting on social media. I mean, social media is free, right? There are no rules about how often you can post or how many pages you can create. You could literally have five different accounts on five different platforms and go all in on your marketing. But the reality is, most people won’t do it, even though it’s free. Being loud about your business and building a big brand comes down to how far you're willing to go with it. Once you start making money, you reinvest that into your business—better marketing, more salespeople, expanding your reach. This is how you scale and grow. I didn't really get this until I simplified the whole process, and now my business is growing consistently, even when times are tough. It's all about creating a system that keeps bringing in revenue. And here's the thing—it doesn't matter what you're selling. Whether it's real estate or hair ties, the mechanism is the same. When you're loud about your business, people will notice. Take any business that's about to close; they’ll go all out, paying someone to stand on a corner spinning a sign, or putting up one of those big, wavy inflatable guys. It's all about visibility. You can do the same online with social media, brochures, postcards—anything that gets eyes on your business. The goal is to get people to inquire, and then it's just about having conversations with them. I used to overcomplicate this stuff until I started learning from younger entrepreneurs who were killing it in YouTube, e-commerce, or streaming. They taught me that business doesn't need to be complicated. Here's the simple truth: 1. Create something people want or need. This is your product. 2. Be unique, be loud, and be consistent. Make your business look good—this is your marketing. 3. Talk to everyone who shows interest. Confirm what they already think about you and your product, then close the sale—this is your sales process. 4. Reinvest in making your product better, your marketing bigger, and your sales smoother. This is how you grow. That’s really it. Business is simple when you break it down. Is your website attracting more sales or is it driving clients away? 🌟 Picture this: You’re scrolling through your Instagram feed, and you stumble upon an account that grabs your attention. Their posts are vibrant, their message is clear, and everything just looks so put together. You find yourself thinking, “Wow, I want to know more about what they do!” This is exactly what a well-designed website does for your business in the online world. 🌟 Just like that scroll stopping IG account, a professional website represents you and your brand amongst alllll of the other online business peeps. It's what can help set you apart. It’s your online headquarters, your first impression, and your opportunity to show potential clients why they should choose you over anyone else. 🖥️ Here’s why a website is a game-changer for your business: 1. First Impressions Matter: Your website is usually one of the first interactions potential clients have with your brand. Having a website that reflects YOU and your mission can increase that "know, like, trust" factor. 2. Sales Magnet: An engaging website guides visitors through your offers, making it easy for them to say, “Yes, I need this!” before they’ve even dropped in your DMs. 3. Client Experience: A user-friendly site ensures your clients feel taken care of from the start. They can find the info they need, book your services, and get excited about working with you. When your website reflects your brand and values, it does a lot of the heavy lifting for you. So, if your website isn’t making you feel all the warm fuzzies, it might be time for a little TLC. And guess what? That’s where I come in. I help online coaches, entrepreneurs, and spiritual baddies not only streamline their back-end systems as their OBM but if you didn't already know... I also design websites that make their brand shine! Ready to elevate your online presence and attract more clients? Let’s chat in the DMs. 💌 #WebsiteDesign #Branding #ClientExperience #OnlineBusinessManager #OBM #DigitalPresence #EntrepreneurLife #BusinessGrowth

Four years ago, I took a big risk. We had an eCommerce client growing fast—$25,000/mo to $200,000/mo in a few months. We have been doing their email marketing for the last 3 months… Which was already 20% of revenue. I suggested adding text message marketing, but they didn’t want to pay upfront. After two months of back-and-forth, I made a bold move. I offered to do it for free, only getting paid if it worked. We launched some basic texts: abandoned cart messages, welcome series. In the first week, those simple texts brought in an extra $8,000. That’s $1,000 a day for 8 straight days. (Basically straight profit) It was a game-changer. I realized how powerful email and text marketing could be and how few were using it effectively. That’s why I created Clickable Impact—to help eCommerce stores harness this potential. How I managed to close 75% of appointments in November & December for SEO and Website Development Services – Here’s How For years, I used to think November and December were impossible months to close deals, especially when selling services like SEO and website design to North American markets. I would push meetings to the new year, making excuses, and struggling to hit even 50% of my targets. It felt like a “slow season” that couldn’t be avoided. But this year, after launching my own brand, I decided to challenge that belief. In the past 45 days, I’ve secured 12 appointments and closed 9 of them—an impressive 75% close rate—despite it being the so-called "hardest months" for sales. The average deal size? $2,600. So, what’s the secret? Here are the key takeaways: 1. Confidence Over Pushing: When you're in a meeting, don't focus on just closing the deal. Instead, focus on delivering value and showcasing your service's true potential. Be confident in your knowledge. Never tell a client, "I'll get back to you." Own the conversation with the answers they need. 2. Master Your Product or Services : Clients want to work with experts. You need to know your service inside and out. If you don’t have an immediate answer, be honest, but make sure they see you’re committed to finding a solution. This builds trust and credibility. 3. Consistency Over Excuses: Even during the holiday season, consistent effort pays off. Don’t let the "slow months" stop you from reaching your goals. Stay focused, and the results will follow. In the end, it’s not about the time of year—it’s about preparation, confidence, and a relentless focus on delivering value to your clients. Let's keep raising the bar, no matter the season! #SalesSuccess #SEO #WebDesign #Entrepreneurship #SalesStrategy #BusinessGrowth #ClientTrust #Marketing
