Think training ends after onboarding? Think again. When it comes to restaurant tech It's just the beginning. In the restaurant business, the onboarding process is often seen as a one-and-done deal. It is a race to get people through their training period as quickly as possible. but that attitude leads to disaster How many times have you been given a brief walkthrough of the system by another manager and then let loose. We end up with the blind leading the blind All of the new tech and systems are great, but they can't be learned in a week. an improperly trained manager can do irreparable harm to your systems with the stroke of a key If you are going to commit to restaurant technology, then you need to commit to proper training of new hires, even if it is the first week of December If you are ready to improve your BOH operations.
