To mark World Environment Day, we are thrilled to unveil our Annual Report for 2023, showcasing key activities and outcomes from the year towards our mission to solve the ocean plastic pollution challenge and build circular and equitable economies. Our progress in 2023 centered on advancing inclusive responsible sourcing of recycled plastics, sharing knowledge on financing circular solutions, addressing data gaps on topics such as climate change and pricing transparency, and creating opportunities for greater collaboration. As a planet protectors let's unite and save the earth. A short video was made to spread the awareness regarding this year's Earth Day theme: Planet vs. Plastics.

The latest #GlobalCommitment24 report published today by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and UN Environment Programme highlights six years of collective progress in tackling plastic waste and pollution. While significant strides have been made — like reducing virgin plastic use and increasing recycled content — much work remains to align with 2025 targets. At Quantis, we’re proud to have supported efforts to advance transparency and actionable insights in the fight against plastic pollution. 🚨 Today, the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and UN Environment Programme unveiled the #GlobalCommitment24 Progress Report, revealing critical insights into the fight against plastic waste. 💡 Over six years, Global Commitment signatories have significantly outperformed their peers—proving that meaningful change is possible. However, with much of the plastic packaging industry still lagging behind and key 2025 targets at risk, it’s clear: we’re off track to eliminate plastic waste and pollution. 📊 The data is clear: businesses not yet involved can—and must—do more. To accelerate progress, we need collective action, grounded in an “ambition loop” where bold business leadership and government policies reinforce each other. 🌍 The ongoing UN Global Plastic Treaty negotiations are a once-in-a-generation chance to tackle plastic pollution on a global scale.
