The latest #GlobalCommitment24 report published today by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and UN Environment Programme highlights six years of collective progress in tackling plastic waste and pollution. While significant strides have been made — like reducing virgin plastic use and increasing recycled content — much work remains to align with 2025 targets. At Quantis, we’re proud to have supported efforts to advance transparency and actionable insights in the fight against plastic pollution. Here are some key highlights from this year’s report: ✅ Signatories reduced virgin plastic packaging by the largest yearly amount since 2018. ✅ Recycling rates for certain packaging categories continue to rise. 📈 But with 80% of the market yet to act, bold action is still urgently needed. ➡️ Explore how the report sheds light on opportunities for accelerated business action and global policy collaboration: https://bit.ly/40S29nr #CircularEconomy #PlasticPollution
