🌟 Happy Friday! 🌟 This week, I had the privilege of interviewing 8 amazing ambassadors—individuals with incredible skill sets who are at pivotal points in their careers. Despite sending out 300+ applications and feeling a bit lost, they remained calm and open to exploring options after our conversations. As we were feeding last night, my son, relaxed on his pony, said something that struck me: "I don’t know where I’m going, but I’ll let her take the lead." It made me think about the journey we all face at times—uncertainty, stress, and the search for direction. And yet, with the right guidance, calmness prevails, and paths become clearer. At Roth Staffing, we’re committed to being that trusted guide, helping people navigate their journeys and leading them toward opportunities that align with their skills and purpose. 💡 Our Commitment to Making Life Better: We strive to create unique and remarkable experiences, bringing our Values, Purpose, and Promise to life. ✨ Our Purpose: To make life better for the people we serve. ✨ Our Promise: We love to create remarkable experiences... every person, every time. So, if you're feeling lost or at a crossroads in your career, know that we’re here to help you find your way. Let us take the lead—you might just find yourself somewhere amazing. #MakingLifeBetter #RothStaffing #FridayInspiration #PurposeAndPromise #Rothstaffing #TexasProud 512-643-4187 npittaro@ultimatestaffing.com

🌟 Embrace the Power of Putting Yourself Out There! 🌟 It's scary. Putting yourself out there. My husband, Neil Lauri and I are doing so in different ways but we are out here navigating our journeys TOGETHER. Opportunities lie just beyond our comfort zones. One of the most transformative steps we can take in our personal and professional lives is to take that step/leap. Now granted, he was pushed out of his comfort zone due to a layoff but he has taken the bull by the horns and has been actively engaging/searching for the next opportunity EVERY day. This job market is relentless right now, so I am not too proud to ask: If you, or someone you know has an opportunity in a role that centers around the Customer Journey/Customer Success please send them our way! What steps have you taken recently to put yourself out there? If you've not taken any, what is stopping you?? I'd love to help! Share your experiences and let’s inspire each other to keep growing! 🚀 #GrowthMindset #Networking #PersonalDevelopment #CareerGrowth #EmbraceChange #Opportunities #BETONYOU! #TeamLauri
Silver Linings I want to share an honest reflection on my journey over the past six months. The current job market has been incredibly tough, and I’ve felt the strain of unemployment. Despite sending out hundreds of applications and landing only a few interviews, maintaining confidence has been challenging. For someone who’s been employed most of their life, this is unfamiliar territory. If you’re in a similar situation, know that you’re not alone—I’m here for you. Throughout my career, I’ve always prioritized visibility, which to me meant “getting things done.” Often, this came at the expense of personal time—missing my kids' soccer games, skipping happy hours with friends, and working during family trips. However, these past six months have offered an unexpected silver lining. It has allowed me to take inventory of my life and grow closer to my family. I've been able to spend more time with my son, helping him navigate career choices and understand the impact he can have in his job. I take my daughter to her cheer practices—45 minutes each way, we hang out and sing songs together. You should hear her sing Adele; it will blow your mind. I also get to spend time with my beautiful wife, who is on a fitness journey. After a year and a half of training, she competed in a competition this week and was amazing. I must also mention my incredible network. So many former colleagues check in on me or send job postings. They ask how I’m doing or offer to refer me for roles. You are a major reason I keep going. The power of kindness is incredible—just message someone after they’ve been turned down for a role they wanted or needed with a simple “Hope you are doing okay, buddy. I was thinking about you today and just wanted to say thank you for all of our talks and your encouragement over the years.” To anyone else navigating this difficult job market, stay strong. Let’s support each other and cherish the silver linings we find along the way. #JobSearch #UnemploymentJourney #SilverLinings #FamilyTime #SupportNetwork #CareerGrowth #StayStrong

Happy Tuesday Everyone! I hope everyone is getting ready for Christmas 🎄 Some of you know me well, and would agree I am a firm believer that ‘Everything happens for a reason’ ‘when one door closes another one opens’ and a big believer in crystals and manifesting all before it came to be the big buzz word of 2024 😂❤️ However all I am seeing in the market is so many talented Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Teams, Heads of TA internally being made redundant, it’s absolutely heartbreaking. 💔 Are we no longer recruiting top talent, are companies never recruiting again? Or are they outsourcing because it’s a cheaper option? Generally interested…. The market is awful and I do wonder how people are surviving especially at this time of year. Breaks my heart. I have been through some interview process and some have been good and some shocking, how on earth companies expect to attract top talent if people are not passionate about what they do will always baffle me. I have been ghosted, I have been rejected (we all know how I feel about rejection- it’s just redirection) and I’ve even been told my energy wouldn’t fit into a team, and that’s ok- I am not going to be everyone cup of tea! All the rejections and the unsuccessful applications are just pushing me towards my destined place of work- what goes around comes around and companies will have to recruit again, the world 🌍 just can’t stop because we’ve reached the end of the year, or the budget wasn’t what we were all expecting (not into politics much but know the basics) 😊 So for all of those looking for work, manifest, breath, meditate, 🧘 do those things you wouldn’t have time to do, those life admin tasks that you know will give you joy once completed. For me you’ll find me with my crystals below manifesting my next place of magic ✨ My dream role is out there, alongside a company that would love to have someone with my expirence, energy and growth mindset. Someone like me that can and has made a difference in every place I have worked. So for now we keep applying, we keep moving and we NEVER GIVE UP. ❤️

Recently I and a few colleagues deliberately took career breaks. And we benefitted massively from them. So we said "let's share what we learned!" And we went into the studio to film a rich conversation between four of us. We went deep on why we did it, what we got from it, the challenges we faced, what we learned about the process, and our advice for others. The conversation was open, vulnerable and practical. This clip is part of that conversation. Spoiler: there were no epiphanies! If you’re considering a career break or are looking at how you make them a part of how you attract develop and retain your workforce, you'll definitely want to watch the full recording. People ask me all the time why I started a recruiting tech company… why we still show up and give it our all 7+ years into the journey… I used to answer by explaining why recruiting is so important because people are the single most important thing that determines whether companies succeed or fail. Over time that’s become just part of the answer. Because I’ve realized more and more how a new job can literally change someone’s life. - Whether that’s a new grad landing that first exciting job straight out of school. - Or a candidate who was able to get the flexibility they need to prioritize their family. - Or someone who finds the perfect opportunity to propel their career forward. So much of our happiness, our fulfillment, and our livelihoods are impacted by the work we do. This personal impact multiplied across millions of jobseekers is profound. 7+ years in, I can’t begin to imagine how many people’s lives were impacted by the product we build and the amazing recruiting teams we partner with. I’m inspired to keep giving it our all over the next 7+ years.
