Life has been turbulent yet exciting over the past two years. Here’s my traction since June 2022: 🧑💼 ➡️ 🧑💻 Redefined Career: Transitioned from a Business Development Director to a Product Manager, embracing new challenges and learning opportunities. 🇷🇺 ✈️ 🇮🇱 New Beginnings: Relocated from Russia to Israel, adapting to a new culture and environment. 🏭 ➡️ 💻 Industry Pivot: Shifted from Manufacturing and International Trade to the exciting field of High-Tech. 🌟 Entrepreneurial Leap: Two months ago, I realized a long-held dream by launching my startup, SelfMan. After closely monitoring the market, listening to pain points, and conducting thorough analysis, I seized the right moment to launch it. SelfMan is a SaaS platform that leverages AI to double the speed of product sourcing for marketplace sellers and small- to medium-sized retailers in general. But SelfMan is more than just technology, it's about fostering a supportive community. 🚀 Stay tuned for more updates! #eCommerce #Marketplace #MarketplaceSellers

⚠ Are you building what your customers want, or are you just... building? ⚠ When successful companies first started, they delivered constant value to figure out what their users truly wanted. This helped them grow and thrive. 🌱 But many companies—whether big corporations or scaling startups—fall into a risky zone known as "The Build Trap". 🚧 They keep adding feature after feature without validating if these are really what customers need. Why? 👇 It often comes down to a lack of understanding around Product Strategy, Product Management, and how to effectively lead teams. 💡 To escape the "Build Trap," businesses must shift focus toward finding user value through experimentation and innovation—making sure they are building the right things that meet user needs and drive business goals. 🎯 ❌ Don't let your business fall into "The Build Trap"!🚧 Join Melissa Perri at #codetalks24 (19-20 September, Hamburg) where she’ll empower techies with the insights you need to build smarter, not just more. 💥✨ 👉 Ready to break free? 👉 Learn more at https://lnkd.in/e9d3jj8X

When set up properly, your #realestatetech should be shaped to your #realestateteam's way of doing things. It should support your vision and your dreams. It should enhance and improve your SOPs. But often we get things turned around and allow our tech to dictate how we operate. Instead of adding efficiency and profitability, our tech can add unnecessary cost and frustration. For advice on turning this around and to kick off Techtember, we bring you this incredibly helpful conversation with Justin Benson, Founder and CEO of Bara Agency and of Shilo.ai. Before starting Bara, a #fractionalCTO agency, he helped build Gluch Group, helped expand it to three states, sold hundreds of homes himself, and created their tech stack. Justin shares the three pieces of tech every team needs, ways to think about your tech budget, the most important question to ask when evaluating new and existing tech, and much more! Watch or listen to this Techtember episode with Justin Benson to learn: - Why great salespeople are the bedrock of your team - His path from med school to tech startups to real estate agent and team leader operating in 3 states to fractional Chief Technology Officer - Where many ops leaders get stuck or reach their limit with technology - The most important question to ask as you’re evaluating your tech - How to plan your tech budget - The three key elements of every tech stack, no matter your size - Avoiding the danger of changing too much tech too quickly - Specific ways to increase agent adoption of #newtech - The promise of AI while it’s still in its infancy - How to find the right person to lead your tech initiatives - Places he goes to keep up on tech trends and announcements At the end, learn about the enduring value of underdogs, chartering a jet, struggling to relax, and predicting the future based on the past.

🤠 The startup journey is wild. One day you're focused on healthcare, rejecting numerous industries and potential clients, and the next, you're welcoming them with open arms. Pivoting wasn't easy after nearly a year of commitment to one direction, but when opportunity knocks, you must answer. Indeed, MedPros is undergoing a rebranding — transitioning to Kerplunk. 🤔 Why Kerplunk, you might wonder? I'm glad you asked. While building our client base in healthcare, we encountered various industries showing interest in our technology. One prospect even remarked, "If you had this for our industry, we'd be your first customer!" To put it briefly, there are numerous stories like this. At such an early stage, paying close attention to market demand and leveraging those insights is crucial for your team, your stakeholders, and, most importantly, your customers. We've listened to your feedback. If you're in a position to hire, send us a message, and we'll introduce you to our Beta program. 🚀 The name "Kerplunk," beyond its playful and memorable nature, embodies the willingness of our team and our customers to dive into new territories and make a big splash in their careers. It's our commitment to bold innovation and staying attuned to the needs and gaps in the market-- even, or especially, when they lead you beyond your initial focus. Join us in making that splash!

I’m starting a new project (because I got laid off) Last year, I joined one of publisher Funke’s newly founded teams. The goal: drive innovation by incubating new ventures, co-op on new startups and corporate VC. Then the company reorged, goals changed - and the team was dissolved. I’m now finding myself at the beginning of 8 weeks of garden leave. To fill this time, I’m launching a new project. And I will start writing about it publicly here. While building BitsForDigits, I regretted not sharing more about it. There were always 239 other things that seemed more important or urgent. Having time for a new project until the end of April seems like a good opportunity to make up for some of that. I’ll basically start from scratch with a rough idea for a marketplace, show how I will try to grow it and share my thoughts and learnings. Will this be my next big venture swing? No. I won’t spend 80 hours per week grinding, I won’t have a co-founder. I will, however, decide what’s next in my career, go on a long vacation - and treat this like a fun project. So… what’s the project? It’s called Airteams (link in comments) ✌️ Initial idea: build a managed marketplace for hiring overseas talent. Hit that “bell” 🔔 and I’ll show you how I’ll build it.

🌟 The Power of Personalization at Webknot Technologies 🌟 Personalization isn't just a feature; it's our ethos at Webknot. A story comes to mind, reflecting this commitment vividly. A startup came to us, struggling with off-the-shelf solutions that couldn't match their unique brand identity or support their dynamic growth. They didn't just need a service; they needed a partner. Diving deep into their vision, our team crafted a digital solution as unique as their fingerprint. This wasn't just about tech but about understanding their essence and translating it into a scalable, engaging platform. This venture underscored the essence of personalization - it's about creating experiences that resonate and evolve with our clients. As this startup grew, so did their platform, a testament to the enduring power of a tailored approach. At Webknot, we're not just building products; we're crafting journeys, melding technology with creativity to bring visions to life. Hey everyone! 🚀 Growing a startup is exhilarating but challenging. As the Founder & CEO of Queue, I'd like to share some insights on navigating the tricky waters of expansion. 1. Stay Focused: During rapid growth, it’s tempting to celebrate small wins. However, your primary focus should be on getting your product to market before capital runs dry. Steve Jobs once highlighted the importance of keeping our eyes on the 'big wall' ahead. 2. Right-sizing Your Team: Over-hiring can be a common pitfall. I’ve made this mistake before. Instead, align your hiring with clear KPIs. A lean but effective team can outperform a larger but less focused group. 3. Cultural Cohesion: Hiring the 'best' talent isn't just about professional skills. Cultural fit is equally important. An aligned team culture significantly enhances teamwork and productivity. 4. Leveraging AI: Today’s employees need to understand how to work alongside technology. Integrating AI tools lets our team achieve more with less time, increasing efficiency and delivering higher value. 5. Customer Focus: Don’t forget your customers in the race to grow. A robust acquisition and retention strategy is vital. At Queue, we create long-lasting relationships by constantly refining our approach according to customer feedback. Feel free to comment below. How are you tackling growth challenges? #StartupGrowth #BusinessStrategy #Expansion
