You may often feel like you have to be in control of everything, even during the holidays. But the reality is, we can’t control every situation or every person. The holidays will be full of unpredictability, and trying to micromanage every detail only leads to stress. Instead, focus on what you can control—your self-care, your boundaries, and your mindset. Make space for your needs, and trust that, even if things don’t go according to plan, you’ll be okay. If you need support navigating this holiday season with more peace and balance, I’m here to help. Happiness isn’t hiding in a fancy watch, a new car, or a pile of cash. We’ve seen it time and time again—thousands of men come through our groups, all reaching for this ‘invisible happiness bubble’ they think will make them feel whole. But it’s a lie. You can have it all and still feel empty. Real happiness comes from within, not from the stuff around you." Help and support is always available - It's ok not to be ok and it's ok to talk. Friendly reminder: Self-care is not selfish. It can be especially challenging to prioritize our well-being during the holiday season, when there’s so much to do and so many people to care for. But remember, you have every right to say no to what doesn’t serve you and to make time for what brings you joy. Taking care of yourself isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. When you nurture your own well-being, you’re better able to show up for others with more energy, love, and authenticity. 💚 #SelfCare #Boundaries #MentalHealthMatters #YouDeserveIt #SelfLove #StressFreeHolidays #WellnessJourney #CareForYou #MentalHealth

We live two types of lives on this journey. Type 1: We like to look cool on social media, pretend and praise people we don’t like, do things for people around us, buy things for status, feel pride about owning materialism and beauty, and hustle at the cost of health. Type 2: We realise sooner or later that life is more fulfilling when we are honest, authentic, and kind, eat the right food, daily exercise, observe nature, accept people for who they are, take care of loved one's health, raise kids, have dinner and trips with friends and family and money is a tool to simplify lives. Time to introspect: Where am I on this journey? I write content on happiness hacks, do follow Sai Bala Kiran Nallani #life #happiness #socialmedia #family #health #exercise #people
