Arizona Landlords - Skip the side-quest of researching property managers, here's your cheat code We’ve all experienced side-quests in some capacity. Picture it: you’re already in a hurry—and suddenly every small task seems to go wrong. Simply trying to get out the door—suddenly your pant-belt-loop catches onto the door handle and rips you back mid-stride. You were holding a cup of coffee, so the sudden stop makes you spill some on the floor. You put the coffee cup down to get a paper towel and wipe up the spill, but as you rip the paper towel off the roll, you end up knocking over the whole cup of coffee with your elbow. As the hot coffee splashes violently all over your shirt and then drips down the counter and onto the floor, you think to yourself a number of vulgar words. You were JUST trying to get out the door to start your day, BUT NOW you have to change your clothes, clean the counter and the floor, make yourself a new cup of coffee, AND still make it out that same door without catching your belt-loop this time. This same sequence of side-quest events are a classic staple in nearly every movie or TV show. For example, Star Wars’ Mandalorian knows this first hand. Mando needs to get Grogu to safety? Too bad! In order to do that, he must face multiple side-quests: fighting a mudhorn, helping a villain, and collecting lost armor, just to name a few. Side-quests are time-consuming and exhausting, and frankly, I’d love to avoid them as often as possible! I know my fellow landlords out there feel the same way.
