Are you tracking opportunity cohorts? User cohorts are default standard in product teams. Yet, opportunity cohorts seems to be seldom used in revenue analytics, or? Ofc, cohorts came with their own challenges, but are a good way to compare how opportunities created each week develop over time. You can slice and dice them by e.g.: - Lead source - Industry - Segment - Territory If referred to win rates, it can help answer questions like: 1. Has my win rate gone down/ up over time? 2. Are there severe differences by lead source, industry, territory, segment? 3. What can we learn As we all live in fast changing environments, it's sometimes hard to pinpoint what has driven the change. BUT, knowing that there has been a change is a good starting point.
