Make sure they understand what level of standards they should be building to, so your product is not over or under engineered. 2️⃣ Quality > Cost – 3 great developers will produce better outcomes than 10 mediocre developers. The cost per developer will be higher, but you'll save 10X in the long run. 3️⃣ Go global – Remote talent expands your options 🌍.
