RESPECT THOSE WHO RESPECT YOU! People have the right to want to feel safe and supported at work (and elsewhere), granted it isn't causing intentional harm to others. I'm not with all the hate speech I'm seeing in these comments and I'm a diehard ally for the righteous, regardless of who they are. You don't talk down to or do bad things to good people.
