#100Thoughts 5/100 Entrepreneurship A-Z in one post Every business is a people business and people don't buy products , services , brand or experience , they buy outcomes. So a successful entrepreneur should only follow this process 1) Find out what is your passion or alignment or at least what niche do you enjoy working in a little more than others. 2) Find out a problem that people in that niche are facing. Only two ways to do that - face the problem and talk to people who face the problem. Frame the problem through continuous understanding and exposure. 3) Open up creative doors in your mind to ideate on ways to solve the problem. No one succeeds on one go other than God. Unless you're god , you'll depend on trial , error and feedback to get closer to an ideal solution that problem facers will pay for. ( Feedback is important because only the people will tell you what they'll spend their money on ) 4) Put efforts in optimizing necessary resources ( capital , talent , infrastructure , etc. ) and processes ( sales , marketing , partnerships , etc. ) to actuate solution and make sure it reaches to 5) Make your processes customer-centric and breathe empathy , then KPIs and Milestones will not feel like maze. If enough number of customers are happy paying for your solution and you can keep making the solution without going bankrupt, you're feasible , viable and desirable just fine. If not , use negative feedback to tune the process knobs until the customer satisfaction meter goes up again. 6) Stakeholders (including yourself and your family ) will have bit of selfishness and selflessness in their agendas. Communicate with them , understand them and satisfy their needs and demands ( including of yourself ) while keeping the pursuits customer-centric as much as possible. 7) Don't forget to enjoy the process , resonate with love , joy and peace. And give back to the community wealth , knowledge and support as much as you can. Thats all , go entrepreneurate #entrepreneurate
