Two out of my four 'first meetings' today were with Champions who used RevenueHero in their previous organisations. It's been less than two to three weeks since they've joined the new company and they decided to book a call already. We all know how crazy the first one or two months can be when you join a new organisation. There's onboarding, trying to figure how things are done there, learning the product/Service and what not. Yet, if Marketers & RevOps feel the need to bring RevenueHero onboard the moment they join a company, then you know the kind of impact the tool had in their previous role was no joke! We #MakeBuyingSimple for B2B buyers across all touch points. The reason our customers are fully bought into the idea and don't look at it as a 'Nice to have' solution is because by making the buying process simple, we're directly having a positive influence on their CAC. A ton of our customers have actually more than doubled their conversions within the first 3 months of using RevenueHero. Six months after launch, we turn 1 out of every 2 demos into new paying customers. (50% close rate) Here is the breakdown and why I think this is happening...... Contracts Connected has been in the market for 6 months total and we have built close to $1.5M in pipeline. Here's how the deals breakdown (I am only including deals with booked demos here): We have booked 54 demos over the last 6 months. 9 haven't happened yet. 45 have happened. From the 45 completed demos, we have won 13 and lost 13. The remaining 19 deals from completed demos are still being worked. How did we get these demos? Below are all the channels we have used so far to get demos booked. I have ranked them from most effective to least... so far. - LinkedIn posts on my co-founder's account (Lars Herman) - Co-founders network - Attending industry conferences and talking to everyone we can - Cold email (150K emails sent as of today) - Google Search Ads (Minimal $500 spent so far as a test) - Meta Ads (Started 3 days ago. Early positive signs - demo booked for $27 in ad spend) Why are we closing at 50%? When we launched, I told my co-founder Lars, ‘If we can hit a 20% close rate, we’ll know we’re on the right track.’ Well, we’ve more than doubled that target. Contracts Connected isn’t just sparking curiosity—it’s meeting a deep, unaddressed need in construction that’s giving contractors back their time and simplifying their workflows. We’re building something completely new—a first-to-market solution for a part of contractors’ back office that has never had dedicated tools. It’s exciting but also risky: when you’re innovating, there’s no guarantee you’re building what the market needs—until the demand shows up. Right now, that demand is showing us we’re moving toward true product-market fit. Talking to customers has been everything for our product. They tell us what they need. We build it. They get a solution, and we get closer to product-market fit. It’s a win-win—and I encourage more people to reach out to founders with real feedback. And if you’re a founder, do the same: talk to your customers directly. Those conversations are pure gold.

When our Product Hunt launch got delayed for the third time, I was so frustrated. But now, looking back, I’m thankful.
