Mullen Automotive please answer this for all us who wonder if we were misled by Mullen, we were wrong about Mullen, or if Mullen was wrong about Mullen? Many people helped Mullen tell its pre-production story. Now will some of you tell us more about Mullen's post-production story? This is what Mullen's CEO/Founder/COB said in June 2023 with a smile on you face in an interview on YouTube. He said Mullen EV are "mostly spoken for and we are excited about that...they are leaving the factory to customers" then gave us guidance on 15,958 EV builds for 2023-24. Three months later, in October, Mullen issued a PR that guided for 7,300 builds with no explanation on the 55% reduction from 15,958 builds. In April 2024 Mullen issued a PR on its 500th EV build. 7,300/500 = 6.85% build rate on the revised guide. 15,958/500 = .03% build rate on the initial guide. There is no available import data that I can find since March 2024 to show me a supply chain to built 7,300 EV by YE. Will Mullen lower its production level again or will they bang out the EV over the coming months? There is a shareholder who visits Randy Marion (Mullen's original dealer) almost weekly and updates us on the inventory count. That inventory is essentially unchanged YTD. Everything the dealers spokesperson said about Mullen or demand for Mullen EV is well documented on Twitter or in YouTube interviews but none of it happened like he said. So I asked him about his statements and I asked him to have a conversation with me to get to full disclosure. I was blocked. Other people started asking him similar questions. He stopped talking to us in January/February. John S. (a former Mullen executive) left Mullen saying in a LinkedIn post that he left because of Mullen's financing deals and broken promises. What did he mean by that? I want clarity from Mullen. I want full disclosure on everything the dealer (RMA) said, what Michery said, what John S. meant and more. I am only asking about disclosures for what they told us versus what happened. I have asked the CEO to have a conversation with me. I promised him all my questions will come from Mullen press releases and past comments he made in his various interviews. No surprise questions. I will just ask about everything Mullen said that did not happen or never existed. Mullen is trying hard to sell their EV. They recently turned off comments to their social media posts. The replies they were getting were horrible and brutal IMO but valid. Waiting for help from others more connected than I am for these answers. I hope the automotive media will ask some questions of Mullen as well. In November the CEO did tow more interviews on YouTube saying: -The B1 and B2are about to become a world recognized vehicle. Take a good look at it. -Q4 will have 45 pilot programs with 10 on national and regional fleets. -Mullen is going to be #2 to Telsa when the dust settles. This is July 2024. What is the update of those statements as well.
