While I acknowledge that remote work creates challenges, these can be solved very simply. The most obvious challenges are isolation and decreased collaboration. The solution is leaders creating an atmosphere that nurtures (and perhaps even requires) creating and maintaining relationships, and promotes cross functional collaboration in the virtual space. As a mom of three under five, I can’t imagine the mental and emotional weight of losing hours every day driving to and from an office, just to perform the same tasks I complete (probably better) at home! At home there is no chance of getting caught up in the break room chatting with a colleague, or wasting time wandering around an office for a half hour looking for a person I need to answer a quick question… just me here grinding it out, with collaboration opportunities at my fingertips. In my personal opinion, remote work is creating more efficient and self motivated workers, and I hope it truly is here to stay! #remotework #workfromhome #workingmom

This is going to ruffle some LinkedIn feathers 🫠🪶 Mandatory hybrid jobs suck. Mandatory in-office jobs?? Even worse. Before you come at me in the comments... just hear me out. The work-from-home movement isn’t just hanging around; it’s the future. And… For employers hoping to snag the best talent out there, offering flexibility isn’t just a perk—it’s a freaking must. Here’s the cold hard truth employers: Ditch the mandatory office days. Stop forcing employees into a rigid schedule. Empower your team to choose their most productive settings. Why am I ranting about this? Because… Acknowledging that #remotework is more than #justaphase is looong overdue. And, it represents a profound shift in how we view productivity and employee well-being. Basically, it’s cool to give a sh*t about your employees. There, I said it. To those still skeptical or rolling their eyes at me: consider this for a hot second… Talent knows no boundaries (or borders). And, insisting on an outdated office-centric model alienates a massive pool of potential. The future of work is about flexibility, inclusivity, and the freedom to work from anywhere. Because when your employee is happy, you’re a happy employer. Businesses that understand and implement this will not only lead the way, they’ll set new standards for a healthier, more balanced, and efficient workforce. New day, new mindset. Are we ready to let go of outdated practices and fully embrace the remote revolution? Because it’s here to stay. 💕 #RemoteWork #FutureOfWork #HybridWork #FlexibilityWins #TalentAttraction #JobOpp 📷: from Pinterest

How did we go from thriving in a remote world to pretending the last few years were just a blip in the matrix, as if the whole world didn’t change forever? Spoiler: it did. Feeling for those forced back to the office 5 days a week, who find themselves playing along (laughing while crying) because hey, "at least we still have jobs in this brutal market, right?" To me the future of work is centered around flexibility. But some companies seem dead set on rewinding the clock instead of embracing what actually works. The disconnect is staggering. #FutureOfWork #HybridWork #ReturnToOffice #EmployeeExperience
