One of the greatest lessons I've learned in these last few months: If you've worked retail or HR you can run a business! I stand on that! The experiences and situations I've encountered in both industries have prepared me for this. My fellow HR colleagues, you know that sometimes HR becomes the catch all. Labor laws? Talk to HR. Payroll or tax information? Talk to HR. Colleague relations? HR. Handling complex scenarios? That's an HR specialty. In retail, you really do it all! I was cash office, manager, HR, cashier, the janitor, all of it! I truly believe I am meant to be where I'm at and every experience I've had has led me here. We are looking for an Experienced HR Operations Assistant Manager to join our HR team at ElSewedy Engineering Industries SEI This role will oversee all HR operational functions, including payroll, benefits administration, insurance, and employee records management, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Work Location: 6th of October (Transportation is provided). Key Responsibilities: · Manage payroll processing, benefits (social and health insurance), and employee attendance. · Ensure accurate and timely compensation, including monthly payroll and bonuses. · Handle all social insurance payments on a monthly basis. · Oversee compliance with labor laws and handle official documentation (e.g., labor and insurance offices). · Provide HR-related data for reporting and collaborate with the Finance department on payroll-related tasks. · Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details. · Maintain confidential personnel files for all employees and build effective archiving for all employee documents. · Manage employee leave, including vacation, personal, and sick leaves. · Oversee employee terminations, handle clearance payments, and maintain termination records. · Monitor employee attendance and departure through the fingerprint system, attendance cards, or attendance sheets, and manage payroll impacts. · Assist in implementing and reviewing company policies and benefits programs. Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -Minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee compensation. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Certifications in HR OR HR Diploma or equivalent. benefits: - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - medical &life insurance. - Opportunities for professional development and training.
