We are recruiting a Human Resources Generalist for a highly competent and stable company in the public sector. This position will be a successor to the HR Manager and will work closely with the Director of HR. Fully onsite. Pay: $65,000-$80,000 DOE. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing a variety of HR functions including benefits administration, leaves of absence management, workers compensation administration, and safety reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of human resources benefits and workers compensation experience, strong HR operations experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
