Dots do connect! I wanted to join IIT, didn’t get through, joined NIT (not the top league) but there I met my life partner… and yes now looking back that’s the best thing that ever happened to me! Dots do connect! I wanted to move out of India, didn’t get through for years, in return we got to stay with my father for few years as he was around till one day he suddenly left us… and yes, now looking back that was a blessing, had we moved out we would have missed out on those years when we enjoyed his boundaryless love! Dots do connect! Finally, we made to PH, many naysayers, distracters… for many not the right choice, but I lapped the opportunity… and yes, now looking back we jumped on to a far stronger boat, our PH business outperformed all others! Dots do connect! Coming to PH, I got to work with a leader, who gave me wings to fly and allowed me to be my true self at work, I found a mentor.. and yes, now looking back that reshaped my leadership philosophy! Dots do connect! 2020, covid struck, we were held up in India unable to fly to PH... but now looking back those two years at home were watershed years of my life… I got a chance to reflect, introspect and embarked on my highest leverage habit to read, journal, and share, a habit that now defines me! Dots do connect! I continue to connect the dots, when things don't go as planned, there's often a greater purpose at play! Trust the odds and let the dots connect! #positivevibes #believethedotswillconnect #personalgrowth

I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve successfully completed the Chief Technology Officer program at Indian School of Business! This milestone is a significant chapter in my career journey, and as I reflect on this experience, I am reminded of Wayne Gretzky’s profound insight: "I skate to where the puck is going to be, not to where it has been." This guiding principle has shaped my career decisions, especially when I pivoted into Tech Leadership three years ago. Embarking on this program has been transformative, with its rigorous and enriching learning pushing me to think strategically and act with foresight. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional ISB faculty who have played a crucial role in this journey. My heartfelt thanks to coaches Sunil Rawlani and Milind Naik for their mentorship and to esteemed professors Prof. Subodha Kumar, Prof. Vallabh Sambamurthy, and Prof. Nandu Nandkishore for their invaluable insights and guidance. Their expertise and support have been instrumental in shaping my understanding of technology and people leadership. Equally memorable were the weekly meetups with my coursemates. Their diverse perspectives and collaborative spirit made each session lively, engaging, and incredibly rewarding. The camaraderie we built and the collective wisdom we shared added a unique dimension to this program. As I step into the future, I am energized by the knowledge and insights gained from this experience. I look forward to applying these learnings to navigate the evolving tech landscape and seize new opportunities. Here’s to the next chapter and to skating ahead of the curve! Learn how kindness can truly transform a person's life. Prepare to be inspired by the incredible story of Prof. Rajesh, a visionary leader and innovator who is revolutionizing the field of education.
In memory of the incredible Mr. Ratan Tata, I am offering my pro bono support to build innovation and entrepreneurship programs in ten schools globally. Why? Because Mr. Tata changed my life. As a proud recipient of the Tata Fellowship at MIT, I had the honor of meeting him a few times. When I asked what I could do to give back for this generous opportunity, his advice was simple yet profound: "Transform underserved communities in the developing world." This became my mission. For the past 12 years, I’ve dedicated my research and work to exploring how schools and universities in rural areas can nurture innovators and entrepreneurs, empowering them to uplift their communities. Through my Zero2Maker programs, I’ve led over 100 initiatives across more than a dozen countries, teaching children and youth essential skills like technology, critical thinking, problem-solving, and self-learning to help them reach their full potential. If there’s a school anywhere in the world that could benefit from this, please reach out. I would love to discuss how I can contribute. This is how I choose to pay forward the immense gift Mr. Tata gave me.
