EMMA Live’s Post

What an incredible year it’s been! As our co-founder shared, our partnership team truly goes above and beyond, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their hard work, along with everyone at Emma. We’ve loved partnering with all our amazing clients this year and can’t wait to see what 2025 brings. P.S. This Friday is the Emma team’s last day in the office until the new year. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 🎄✨

Co-Founder of EMMA-Live - leading the industry in charity and event management technology

Last week I wrote about the phenomenal service that Emma provides its clients (http://bit.ly/49K7gJ2), above and beyond the typical Software as a Service standard that the industry has come to expect. None of this would be possible without the unbelievable commitment of the Emma team, and as we close out the year with over 1,000 events supported through the platform, I wanted to show my appreciation for these fantastic folks who make so many fundraising events a success. Our incredible Partner Support team, headed up by Anu Short and supported by Zita Eördögh, Lea SeeryEliza Turner and Dana Smith work incredibly hard to support and prepare our partners for their events.       Of course, this kind of top tier support takes its toll. As we take a breath after the chaos of the peak winter events season, our fantastic team are well-deserving of a break, and we wanted to think about how we could best reward and support them for such a job well done. We’ve worked previously with the brilliant Toni Jones from Shelf Help Club, and this year we are taking part in her ‘Bibliotherapy’ offering. Each staff member will be treated to a session with Toni, and upon completing a questionnaire they’ll be provided with a bespoke reading list from Shelf Help’s hive mind knowledge of therapeutic literature. To round this out, we’ll also be purchasing and gifting a book from each reading list to our team member. I’m hoping that this small token of gratitude will emphasise how grateful we are to have such an enthusiastic and committed team.       Rest and rejuvenation cannot happen without a proper break though, so in the interests of protecting work-life balance and promoting a fresh and energetic start in January, we are closing Emma’s doors from this week until 6th January when the team will be back and raring to go.      Wishing all of the team, our brilliant clients plus all of the fundraising events industry a peaceful break and a prosperous new year, as well as all of those who benefit from the great work that our charity partners undertake across the globe. I look forward to reconnecting with you all in 2025!
