I generated 3667 leads in 15 days. This was for a Free Weekly Workshop, with a lead cost of ₹9! But out of this, only 87 leads converted for the paid services. I was happy that we made sales… But the conversion rate was 2.4% approx. Learned a crucial lesson here, Most leads will not be ready to buy RIGHT NOW. Less than 3% of your audience knows they: - Need help. - Need “What is right for them” - Need to invest. And, are actively looking to buy right now. The rest 97% of them are not even aware or are somewhere in DIY (Do it yourself) mode. That's why they need nurturing. Nurturing leads makes it easier to convert them, with less objections and friction. This means they realize you are the right person and they trust to work with you! It’s not like they see the Ad, Sign Up, and Buy! It’s a journey. It's about, - Staying visible. - Reminding them that you care via WhatsApp, Emails, or Newsletter. - Posting content that resonates with your audience - Understanding their problems and addressing them - Building trust with testimonials and success stories - Following up with them when required Most people spend their time hunting for the 3%, but it’s important to understand that customer journey. You either spend your time trying to find the right people at the right time OR you are in the right place for the right time.
