The hunger to use AI is palpable amongst many early talent apprentices I meet in coaching sessions and workshops. And they're uniquely positioned to drive generative AI adoption too. 74% of UK 16-24-year-olds already use GenAI tools, which means they can bring immediate, practical experience, drive, and hunger to learn. In contrast, university students will only start contributing in three years.
