Top 3 things that made me mad on Black Friday Shopping Since diving into the payments world, I've become hyperaware of my own payment experiences. Before, I'd often complain about certain online shopping websites, not realizing that companies were neglecting the importance of a good payment experience. Here is the list: 1. Currency Confusion: Nowadays, we're all global shoppers. Why do some retailers still fail to display prices in our local currency? Having to whip out a calculator to convert prices is both frustrating and time-consuming. 2. Limited Payment Options: In this digital age, digital wallets are a must, I'd say. Or even, be extra and offer a local payment method, I love when a company operating in Portugal offers MB WAY as a payment option. I’ve resorted to keeping a picture of my card details because I can never seem to find the physical card (not safe, don't do the same😅) 3. Excessive Information Requests: Why do I need to provide a novel’s worth of personal information to make a simple purchase? It's not only time-consuming but also raises security concerns. Hopefully, retailers will take note of these pain points and strive to provide a smoother, more convenient shopping experience for customers worldwide.
