Do you want to enjoy your weekend? Do a Brain Dump! Set aside time each Friday to get all of those ideas, tasks, errands, projects out of your head and down on paper. ( or use ClickUp which is my fave!) Write out that to do list and prioritize it before you head to Friday happy hour. Studies show that doing a brain dump can help remove mental clutter which also helps to: 🔹 Reduce Stress: Writing down your thoughts and feelings – can help reduce stress levels and improve overall well-being. 🔹 Improve Focus: writing down task can free up mental space and allow for better concentration and focus. 🔹 Enhance Productivity: The act of writing down goals/ tasks creates a sense of accountability and clarity, driving action. Do you have accountability partners? Last week, I facilitated a Stress Management experiential workshop for one of our many fine, local Whitewater companies. Some of the participants have created supportive, accountability groups to keep each other on track to do things like drink more water and complain less. 🥳🤩 Similarly, I realized last week that I was getting a little too friendly with sugar. So, I reached out to a good friend and asked if he wanted to do a sugar detox together. He said yes!
