Imagine a Pentium computer running on Windows XP while cutting-edge software is ready to transform the system – this is where the industry stands today. We need a “sandbox” for PropTech, a space where start-ups and established players can experiment, innovate, and break the cycle of risk aversion that holds the sector back. Cyprus, Greece, and Romania, with their unique characteristics, are ideal testing grounds to bridge the gap between old systems and new technology.
