WHICH FEATURES OF YOUR PRODUCT SHOULD YOU INCLUDE ON YOUR PAGE? 🤨 Consider if the feature is: 1️⃣ UNIQUE: Is the feature unique and, most importantly, RELEVANT? Or is it just a commodity that every competitor has and doesn't deliver real value? 2️⃣ RELATED TO PAIN POINTS: First, the feature should be related to a user pain point to be relevant. Next, think about that problem in terms of SEVERITY—its impact on the company—and FREQUENCY—how often it occurs. ⬇ ⬇ ⬇ ⬇ ⬇ ⬇ ⬇ ⬇ ⚡ I recommend creating a template where you can list all the features, relate them to the customer PAIN POINTS, and define the outcomes they expect. Afterwards, rank the FREQUENCY and SEVERITY of each pain point from 1-5. This will give you a score indicating which features are most relevant to include on the page. 📄 I use a simple but effective TEMPLATE to implement this exercise.
