A thought… We are pretty quick to demand a refund when something didn’t work for us or meet our expectations. We ask for 7 day free trials and then cancel the subscription if we decided we didn’t like or need the product or service. When we get our dinner and it’s not quite cooked through, we ask for it be sent back. Do you hold yourself to the same level of accountability? When YOU don’t finish something you started… When YOU don’t perform to the best of your ability… When YOU are still using old habits that aren’t serving you anymore… We can keep blaming traffic, or we can get up earlier. We can keep giving 80%, or we can demand 100% from ourselves. We can keep wasting time, or we can use our time to do things that matter. I read yesterday that time is the only form of currency that we spend without knowing how much we have left. Are you demanding the same from yourself that you demand of others?

Support your friends and family because you want to support what they are doing by being a full paying customer. When someone gives you a product or service less than full price they are missing out, cutting into their profit margins and disrupting their business. Breaking the mould. I've just been called an embarrassment... because I asked for a longstanding client to pay the correct price for an item this year and to pay when they collected, as well as paying the money they owe from December 2023. 'Why, we've been customers and friends for years, we are you being like this with us?' Well, Mrs X - it's like this. We have to pay the staff every week or month, and their taxes and also the wood people for the timber and also the mechanics to keep the wheels turning, and thats as well as paying for the initial product. I also asked you to pay 30 days last year but you didn't and I am still waiting for it.' 'You're an embarrassment to the company, we won't be using you if we have to pay up front' I don't think I am being unfair. This isn't directly my client - but when we work with our clients, their money is our money - Don't get sucked in by people using your good nature to take massive advantage.
