If you are driving and you leave the steering, your car will gradually go off course. Your life is your car, your thoughts is the steering wheel, if you are not actively controlling what you think, your life will go off course. Don’t just think anything, Control your thoughts! Think only about things and ideas that brings you closer to achieving your life’s purpose. For example, if you want to be wealthy, don’t keep thinking of what you can buy(designer bags, phones , clothes) think about what you can produce and sell, think about how you can solve problems and charge for the challenges you solve. Discipline your mind and feed your ideas, not drama! #motivation #entrepreneur #tech #webdeveloper #business #friday #trends

Are you keeping it simple? Entrepreneurial Thoughts When starting a new business and thinking of ways to deliver unique service, it is easy for things to quickly become complex. You think about all the cool things you would like to do and suddenly scope, feature, and “value” creep happen. They all have costs attached. I encourage entrepreneurs to challenge themselves with simplicity. Stay focused on your purpose and push hard toward eliminating steps, clicks, and extra movement. When we started Reach, we challenged ourselves to simplify processes and eliminate stress for our clients. A good example of this is the handpiece repair process. We relentlessly eliminated steps, removing boxes, call tags, forms, and videos to watch. We made it so our clients tap a single “Handpiece Repair” button on our app and our technicians are instantly notified. They pick up the handpiece and take care of everything. It is like the Bat Phone for handpiece repairs. So, when you are starting your business, continually challenge yourself to focus on what is most important and strive to keep things simple and efficient. #entrepreneurship #reachbetterservice

Good talk on product design from Tony. Great advice to talk to your kids or other young folk who haven’t been bashed into shape by that world. That’s why doctors and bankers have a hard time starting companies. They work in heavily regulated environments being told regularly what they can’t do. That builds up over time and it’s difficult to break rules and spot dumb things. Worth a watch.
The origin story of any great product doesn’t begin with that product. It starts with a problem. The #iPod was a better way to listen to your #music. The Nest Thermostat is a better way to stay comfortable. I gave a TED Talk about this: https://lnkd.in/daViczeB Careful though. Watching it will make you see things you’ve trained yourself to ignore. And they will drive you CRAZY. Which, if you’re looking for things that need solving, is great. #BuildBook #BUILD #BuildCollective #technology #innovation #entrepreneurship

Identify your user's ritual gear, ⚙ And you will improve the chances of implementing a habit. 💡 Imagine that every action in life, is a gear that rotates 360º, some of them rotate just once, some others rotate every day, some others rotate if there is a trigger. The user's gears will tell you when and where to implement your product. Building a habit doesn't happen overnight, Some short-term gears are easy to spot, Long-term gears are easy to miss, and triggers are more individual than they seem. Do not just focus on sales. Observe your user's mechanisms. You will spend less money on building retention, You will spend less money on acquisition, You will get less frustrated in the long run. And don't get comfy, they, like people, change over time. 🆙 Remember, you are building for the long run, so you need to learn when to think fast, and when to think slow. 😊 REPOST THIS ♻️ to help #founders find great basics about Product. 👉🏽 This is me, returning from one of my secret places to work. P.S: And you, Do you know your user's gears? 👩🏫 #nocodepm #entrepreneur #productadvise #entrepreneurship #buildinghabits #buildingproducts

Think your single product is your golden ticket to wealth? 🚫 Think again. It's not just about the product itself; it's the whole ecosystem around it that fills your pockets. I've noticed a trend among entrepreneurs - banking everything on ONE product. That's a risky move. Here's the winning lineup if you're aiming for the big leagues in profitability: 1. 𝙂𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙨 🎁 - Share something valuable for FREE. No strings attached. Like a mind-blowing online masterclass. 2. 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙨' 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙧 🎯 - Offer something free or at a minimal cost. This is where a fun quiz or scorecard comes into play, rewarding them with value and you with their contact info. 3. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙝𝙤𝙬𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙧 🌟 - This is your main event. The product or service that showcases your best work. Picture a 3-month coaching package that transforms lives. 4. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙮𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙮 𝙇𝙤𝙤𝙥 🔁 - Create something for your existing clients to keep them coming back for more. Maybe exclusive software access or a community with ongoing support. Aim to craft the ultimate product ecosystem to attract high-quality clients like a magnet. 🧲 So, which piece of your ecosystem needs a little more love? 💡 Let's make your business unstoppable.✨ #entrepreneurship #entrepreneur #success
