Identify your user's ritual gear, ⚙ And you will improve the chances of implementing a habit. 💡 Imagine that every action in life, is a gear that rotates 360º, some of them rotate just once, some others rotate every day, some others rotate if there is a trigger. The user's gears will tell you when and where to implement your product. Building a habit doesn't happen overnight, Some short-term gears are easy to spot, Long-term gears are easy to miss, and triggers are more individual than they seem. Do not just focus on sales. Observe your user's mechanisms. You will spend less money on building retention, You will spend less money on acquisition, You will get less frustrated in the long run. And don't get comfy, they, like people, change over time. 🆙 Remember, you are building for the long run, so you need to learn when to think fast, and when to think slow. 😊 REPOST THIS ♻️ to help #founders find great basics about Product. 👉🏽 This is me, returning from one of my secret places to work. P.S: And you, Do you know your user's gears? 👩🏫 #nocodepm #entrepreneur #productadvise #entrepreneurship #buildinghabits #buildingproducts

The Path of Product Entrepreneurship Building a product-based company is a marathon, not a sprint. It's a dance of exhilarating highs and challenging lows, where resilience and unwavering focus become your guiding light. Sometimes, to generate revenue during the early stages, we may find ourselves selling services alongside our product vision. Don't see this as a detour, friend. It's a strategic step, a means of staying afloat while you meticulously craft your masterpiece. Remember: 1. Focus on the long game: Each service you sell is an opportunity to understand your market, to forge genuine connections with potential customers. 2. Don't lose sight of your product dream: Every challenge strengthens your resolve. Keep refining your product in the background. 3. Mindfulness is your ally: Amidst the hustle, practice moments of stillness. Breathe deep, quiet the noise, and re-center yourself on your ultimate goal. The entrepreneurial journey isn't always linear, but it's incredibly rewarding. Let temporary shifts build your character, not derail your vision. Stay present, stay focused. The day you proudly launch your product will make it all worthwhile. #entrepreneurship #productdevelopment #mindfulness #focus #goals

If you want to start a business - you need to INGRAIN this statistic into your mind 🧠 18%. (not the amount of leg that my shorts cover, that’s more like 5%) But 18% is the success rate that first-time small business owners have ❌ The odds are NOT stacked in our favour and never will be. Since launching Crush Supplements 6 months ago, these are my three biggest takeaways to help push you closer to that 18%… 1) Be mouldable ⚡️If you’re one track minded and refuse to have you ideas changed, you’ll fail. Learn from people who know more than you, and learn to model success. 2) Double down on what works ⚡️Take the low hanging fruit. It’s easy to have a million ideas and divert your attention, but you will be most powerful when your forces are concentrated. 3) Don’t be afraid to outsource (but do it carefully) ⚡️Delegating tasks to people better than you is essential for growth. For me that’s been my email marketing to Jack Bennett and web design to Rhys Bevan. I’m not part of the 18% yet…but hopefully these insights help anyone looking to take the leap. 🌅 Keep It Moving-Don’t Get Stuck! 🌅 I had an interesting conversation with an old friend yesterday that got me thinking about the journey of entrepreneurship. It’s funny how, when you’re starting a new venture, you expect support from friends and family—yet often, they’re the ones asking for discounts or standing on the sidelines. And you know what? That’s okay. Your connection with them isn’t based on business, and their support (or lack thereof) doesn’t define your success. Instead of managing their expectations, focus on managing your own. Success isn’t about waiting for external validation—it’s about pushing forward, even when the road feels lonely. So, when you reach that milestone, keep moving forward. When those same people come asking for help, you’ll help them because that’s who you are. But remember, don’t get stuck waiting for validation. Stay focused, stay positive, and keep grinding. 💪 Wishing you all a productive day! #Entrepreneurship #Mindset #BusinessGrowth #StayPositive #KeepMoving #Systimz #Systimzllc #StayPositive #KeepMovingForward #Growth #BusinessSuccess #SupportNetwork

Let’s cut the fluff: Most ‘entrepreneurship’ advice on here panders more to dreams than to real actions. Forget about the ‘perfect time’ narrative. Here's the raw truth nobody wants to tell you. Starting and scaling a business isn't about waiting for opportunities. It's about making them. While you're pondering whether it's the right moment, others are out there hustling and putting points on the board. Here's what matters: 1. **Results Over Dreams**: Your fancy five-year plan? Useless without daily sales. 2. **Action Over Perfection**: Get the product out. Refine as you go. 3. **Real Metrics**: Focus on ROI and customer acquisition costs, not likes and followers. Action Steps: - **Start Today**: Launch with what you have. Adjust based on real customer feedback. - **Measure Everything**: If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it. Are you ready to stop dreaming and start doing? Or will you let another year slip by with 'what ifs'? #Entrepreneurship #BusinessGrowth #ActionOverPlanning #StartUpLife #RealTalk

Want to know how to beat self-doubt? I’ve been there. After countless rejections, doubt hit hard. But instead of backing down, I decided to take control. I’m about to start my own brand soon, and trust me, doubts creep in. Here’s what I’m doing to push through: ✅ Take small steps every day. Even the tiniest progress keeps you moving forward. ✅ Turn self-doubt into a challenge. It’s not a sign of failure, it’s a sign you’re growing. ✅Surround yourself with supportive people. Their belief in you lifts you when you're feeling low. Many entrepreneurs get stuck because of doubt. It’s not that they don’t have great ideas, It’s that they hesitate to act on them. But success doesn’t come from waiting. It comes from action, even when you're unsure. I’m not fearless. But I’m committed to the journey. And so should you be. Follow for more insights on how to handle self-doubt in business. P.S. Doubt is normal, use it as fuel, not a roadblock. #Entrepreneurship #SelfBelief #OvercomingDoubt #BusinessGrowth #StartupJourney

Creating daily is hard. Harder than you can imagine... You have to literally and figuratively "climb the mountain" again every single day. When someone opens their system and stares at a blank screen and the blinker, they have start from point 0 again. Which is why there is no other book more important than Steven Pressfield’s Turning Pro. Turning Pro has 2 key concepts: 1️⃣ You can divide your life neatly into two parts: before turning pro and after. 2️⃣ All you have to do to turn pro is decide and when you turn pro, life gets simpler. Life gets simpler not easy. Before turning pro, you also struggle with doubt. But a pro has no doubt. A pro wakes up and does what is necessary to be done. Irrespective of failure or success a pro does what a pro has to do. How you become a pro is by practicing your craft daily. Despite the rain, the snow the hunger, the lack of sleep, the mood. You sharpen your craft. Daily. Whether the public likes it or hates it. You do what you are required to do. This is me turning pro… -- Want to read great content on startup and personal growth? 🤔 👉🔔 Follow me Rochan Kakar for more! #turningpro #entrepreneurship #strategy

How I Validate Business Ideas in 30 Days (This system made me $25M) Most people launch their business idea based on gut, hype or hope. But hope is not a strategy. And passion doesn't pay the bills. Before investing your life savings... Always validate your idea with real dollars. My 30-day Validation method: 1. Build a coming soon page with key benefits 2. Add an early adopter discount offer on the sign-up thank you page. 3. Drive targeted traffic (FB/Google Ads) for $5-10 a day. 4. Analyze the data 5. Talk to every interested lead How to know if you have a winner: • Minimum 100 sales • Rabid enthusiasm from buyers This system made me - $25M in my first business - $20M in my second business Sell it before you build it. Let the market vote with their wallets. Treat every business like an experiment to test & optimize. Validate quickly and often. What idea will you put to the Validation test this week? I’ve changed my mind a hundred times. Since I started my business a year and a half ago, I’ve changed: 🪴 my offer 🪴 my brand image 🪴 and my interests at least one hundred times This was good for me! Why? Because I chose to begin my entrepreneurial journey. That’s it. That’s the point. I *started*. You don’t need to have it all figured out to be an entrepreneur. But you do need to start. … “What if my failures deter potential clients?” Good. They’re not your ideal client. “What if I never find what I’m good at?” No time allotment guarantees success. Keep going. “I’m worried that I’ll embarrass myself.” No one is looking at you that hard. I have changed *so* many aspects of my business throughout the year. Not one person has reached out and told me to get my sh*t together. … Try everything and lean into what works. Do it publically. Make posts, write blogs, and create and reform your offers. People can’t buy what you don’t sell. What works may not be your starting goal. Often, when this happens, we’re being presented with something better. *Lean into what works.* Oh, and believe in yourself. ✨ ________ #entrepreneur #businessowner #getstarted #failure #success The image is an AI photo of me partially smiling in front of a gray/green-gradient background.

As an entrepreneur, the hustle is real. We're constantly on a mission to grow, innovate, and make our dreams a reality. But lately, I've been reflecting on the myth of linear progress. Those smooth, upward-trending graphs representing "success" can feel discouraging. The reality? Our journeys are messy rollercoasters. Some days, I'm conquering milestones and feeling like a total rockstar. Others, I'm facing roadblocks and questioning everything from my vision to my next marketing move. Here's what I've learned: my definition of a "good" day depends entirely on where I am in the process. The key is to reframe my definition of "good" based on my current situation. It's not about achieving a constant state of euphoria, but about recognising and celebrating progress, no matter how big or small. What does "good" look like for you today, fellow entrepreneurs?
