This might be controversial: We have a weird personality requirement for hiring software developers. What is the personality requirement? 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆!! Showing up to virtual meetings and barely saying a word does not create good teamwork. In a world of 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆, social and interpersonal skills are much more important.
