Nice read and timely - visit the link to the blog on voice of the customer - it resonates with this article. I came back from a healthcare trade show yesterday where we were the only call center there but there were likely 40 AI solutions out of 80 vendors! I am a big big fan of AI and how it can enhance bot Customer Experience and Agent Experience but... when I talk to clients - is it contact containment you seek or customer contentment? You can have both but don't neglect the call center agents in your CX strategy. Nice work #CraigLeBrau
