Reinforce virtual engagements within LinkedIn, Seek, Indeed, etc. by potentially setting up coffee meetings as well.   4. 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 Always assume that employers do not know the visa specifics. Do note of your visa duration and work rights and explain to them your situation. Be honest and provide a general overview of your plans especially prior to visa expiration.   5. 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐬 Research on the company and what makes them stand out.
