What do I love about working with engineers? There’s a lot to love about my job, but the fact that engineers are straight to the point is up there. Most of the time it’s no messing around and they’ll tell me exactly how it is. I appreciate the honesty and it does make finding the right roles a hell of a lot easier. Seeing the different sites and settings Engineers I place work in is another interesting part of my role.
