You can’t scale on your own. Build the team to build the business of your dreams: No matter how incredibly efficient and hardworking you are, You are limited by the amount of work you can do. This is the harsh reality you need to accept. The bottleneck isn’t your product or your market. It’s your ability to build, develop, and empower the right team. What does that look like for your organization? • Do they have clear roles and responsibilities? • Do they have the tools, skills, and trust to step up? • Are they aligned with your vision, mission, and values? If the answer is ‘no’, that’s where the gap is. The magic lies in unlocking the full potential of those around you. What’s one action you can take this week to help them and your business grow?

Did you know that fewer than 18% of founders successfully exit their business? Makes you wonder—will you be one of the few who actually get it right? Last week me and Christian Muntean shared a masterclass on how to exit your business. Christian provided a framework for founders that want to make that happen. Its one of my missions of helping business founders remove themselves from their business and achieve a life of freedom Five Ways to achieve freedom in your business 1) Build a team (it can be on a sub-contractor basis initially too) 2) Create a stop doing list 3) Create 'I want to become list' 4) Systemise and map out everything 5) Spend more time working on the business not in it What's your favourite? P:S: Do you have any to add to the list?

Had a fantastic time on The Business Strategist podcast with Adam Strong! We dug deep into a framework for founders to successfully exit their business and achieve real freedom. Exiting isn’t easy—only 18% get it right—but with the right team, systems, and mindset shifts, you can be one of them. Which of these strategies resonates most with you? And what would you add to the list?

How I started my consulting business: Find people with a problem I could solve, and solve it. How I re-started my consulting business: Created a specific offer... To solve a specific problem… And marketed it to a specific audience. It wasn’t until I started productizing services… And had a specific solution I could market & sell… That I could start building any repeatability in growth. And repeatability creates confidence to: → Increase prices. → Make investments. → Build a team. → And more. The paradigm shift from “finding clients” to marketing and selling specific offers was the single biggest change in the trajectory of our business. What about you? 🏝

The best business advice I’ve heard? Focus on building the best team… …the rest will follow. Steve Jobs even said it 👉🏼 “when your strategy, people, and culture align, everything else starts to fall into place” Your product improves, marketing becomes sharper, and growth happens naturally. It’s not about chasing profits—it’s about doing the right things… CONSISTENTLY. What’s the one lesson that’s shaped how you approach business? 👇🏼
