Don't get me wrong, I love technologies that enable remote work, and virtual presence, but there's and undeniable truth that still holds: nothing quite compares to face to face interaction and groups of people actually spending time together. Last week our entire team at OrangeLoops experienced this first hand. We had everyone (well, almost) from everywhere come together for an in person work week, and a weekend retreat. It was a huge challenge from a logistics standpoint, but it was amazing.
