Journey, Growth, Opportunity - these are more than just words; they narrate my career path at United Wholesale Mortgage I started my UWM journey in the world of sales. This initial phase provided me with a broad understanding of the dynamic mortgage industry, and allowed me to hone my skills in customer service, negotiation, and strategic planning. It was a challenging yet fulfilling role that laid a strong foundation for my future career growth. The next chapter of my journey saw me transition into sales coaching, a role that allowed me to harness my sales experience to guide and influence the next generation of Account Executives. This was an enlightening experience that not only helped me to impart knowledge but also enabled me to learn from others. The role allowed me to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth, both for myself and those I coached. The most recent phase of my career has been an exciting leap into the fast-paced IT department at UWM. Here, I've had the opportunity to blend my sales knowledge, coaching skills, and a passion for technology to drive innovation and efficiency in our processes. This role has allowed me to explore the intersection of technology and mortgage lending, and to take part in shaping the future platforms of UWM. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities and growth UWM has provided me. It's not just a place of employment, but a platform for continuous learning, personal development, and career advancement.
