To all my connects who have to prospect: DO NOT MISS OUT ON THIS!!! I can concur with Keenan . Outbound is broken. Sales Leaders are out of touch with what works, businesses do not provide the right level of training or coaching for their prospecting teams , hunter tech stacks encourage you to run auto sequences using AI 😳! Don't you just love a set of automated emails’ to encourage you to speak to a sales person 🙃.

We built this ROI chart on a recent deal Outbound sales is simply a formula You have multiple leverage points: -- Open rate -- Response rate -- Volume -- Qualification rate -- No-show rate The formula should also account for the rest of your business.
