FullyRamped is a very interesting use of AI. Many companies I’ve talked to are trying to automate the entire sales process with AI, often to protests from disgruntled prospects who have to constantly wade through bots clogging all channels of communication. There’s (still) a need for a human touch in a lot of sales, and the idea of having voice AI as a “coach” with practice prospects is something that can help all sales teams.
