They need to change the system and the age restrictions and they could probably get more people. Some people might be able to do a second career out of it.

How about the issue of addressing the carbon footprint from airline business activities? I would say that’s a bigger issue. How about investing in better carbon offset programs and better passenger education around the footprint they leave when choosing to fly?
