Team spirit at the table: Sharing meals, ideas, and fun!🍽️💬 At Tushop, we thrive on community spirit. That's why we usually have lunch meet-ups for our team. Our hybrid and remote work set-ups make staying connected vital to our bond. At these meet-ups, we share amazing food, brainstorm ideas, and enjoy some friendly competition with games and quizzes🍕🎮. It’s our way of saying, “Hey, let’s take a break, enjoy some good food, and really connect.” It’s not just about the work; it’s about getting to know each other, sharing ideas, and building a strong team spirit. Here’s to making meaningful connections and enjoying each other’s company, one lunch at a time!💪 #tushoppamoja #teamspirit #officeculture

Happy Monday! Today, I wanted to share something fun for the team. Let's talk about bonus systems!! I can say from personal and professional experiences that implementing a bonus structure for your team will transform your team's morale and, even better, your office production. This is an example of a quarterly bonus system that works for bigger offices, but there are many different ways to do this. Please let me know if you have any questions! Enjoy 🤝

92% of businesses kept the four-day workweek after seeing these incredible results (will you be next?) 61 companies and 3,000 workers in the UK participated in a new six-month trial of the four-day workweek. They found it not only sustains business performance, productivity, & work quality but also significantly boosts employee well-being. 📈 92% of companies chose to continue the pilot 💪 18 made it a permanent change At Authentic, we're proudly piloting our own four-day workweek to build better work-life harmony for our team. We're still working out the kinks (for example, we need to do a better job supporting our staff who are working on some of our primary campaigns this spring.) But it's clear that we're already seeing a lot of benefits from a reduced workweek. And our clients remain happy with our work — we’re executing at the same high level we’ve been able to over the last six years. I like to say our team gets more & better work done in four days than most other agencies get done in five (or even seven!) There's lots of work to do & learnings to gather, but I’m confident we’re on to something here & I’m excited to keep pulling at this thread.

I've been doing something new recently on Mondays. And it's been one of the best changes I've made to start my week 🙌 Context: Hybrid work culture is great! As someone that enjoys human interaction in the office, I am also super intentional about how I spend my time working from home. During the pandemic, I aimed to have at least 10 new conversations (with like-minded folks) every week to learn one new thing with each conversation! Our schedules don't afford us that time to engage with folks the same ways we used to. So I recently started blocking off 1-2 "dead" hours on Mondays and Fridays to re-engage with those same people. Jake Miller and I haven't had a conversation since 2020, but the energy from catching up was so refreshing just by spending an hour to talk SHOP! Couldn't be more excited to see how Jake and his team make their mark in the sports world! Lesson: Re-connect with someone. It doesn't have to feel like networking just to check in and see how people are doing.

School is out and summer days are here. Most offices will slow down and the team will be on holiday in the coming weeks. Use this time to receive ideas and inspiration from your team. → Open a forum for them to send in ideas and share them for others to improve. → Summer offers a break from routine. Encourage your team to think creatively and propose innovative solutions. → Host casual brainstorming sessions where team members can freely share their thoughts. These relaxed settings can spark great ideas. → Use digital collaboration tools to gather ideas from team members, even if they are on vacation. This ensures continuous input and engagement. → Acknowledge and celebrate small wins and contributions. This keeps morale high and shows appreciation for their efforts. → Ensure all ideas are documented and shared within the team. This fosters a culture of openness and collaboration. Capture that magic as it happens and keep the momentum high even as things slow down. By embracing the relaxed pace of summer and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration, you can turn this downtime into a period of growth and innovation for your team. What strategies do you use to keep your team inspired during the summer months? ___________________________ 🔔If you enjoy my content, follow me Sunil Khatri for more in the future. 👋 If you have any questions, I'm just a message way. ♻ Found this post useful and think your network will to? I don't know that we're working less per week, or less on Fridays. But we're certainly not doing it in an office...
