By embracing diverse knowledge systems and fostering ethical research practices, we are one step closer to tackling complicated challenges like climate change. “A values-centered relational science model: supporting Indigenous rights and reconciliation in research” is a new publication in the journal “Ecology & Society”.  This piece was authored by Dominique David-Chavez (Arawak Taíno) Colo St. Univ Asst Prof in the Department of Forest and Rangeland Stewardship, Indigenous Land and Data Stewards Lab Lead, and former NNI postdoc with support from NNI Associate Research Professor Stephanie Russo Carroll (Ahtna).  Access the full text with the link!! https://lnkd.in/dSn_7_z2
