There are many ways to show your compassion and give back to children in need through Child Care Institutions 👇🏻 1) Volunteer your time and talents:  CCIs often need help with a variety of tasks such as mentoring, caregiving, tutoring, organizing activities and even administrative tasks. 2) Be a Voice for Change:  Raise awareness about CCIs and the needs of the children they serve. The Salvation Army Angel Tree is a program designed to provide Christmas gifts to children and families in need. The initiative allows individuals and organizations to participate by adopting an "angel" (a child) and purchasing gifts based on their wishes and needs. How Does An Angel Tree Work? Typically, a community partner or local organization will set up an Angel Tree, where tags representing children are displayed with their ages, genders, and gift suggestions. Donors can then take a tag, purchase the gifts, and return them to the designated location for distribution. The program helps ensure that children and families experience the joy of the holiday season, even if they are facing financial hardships.
