Venkatesh, a remarkable individual with visual impairment, has been a valuable asset to PACT since joining as a front office trainee in 2023. His rapid advancement to the role of front-end assistant within a year is a testament to his dedication and talent. Hailing from a school for the visually impaired, Venkatesh mastered Braille and further honed his skills through specialized training from Enable India. Despite facing numerous challenges, he has consistently demonstrated unwavering determination and a positive outlook. PACT has provided him with an inclusive and supportive environment. The organization's commitment to diversity and inclusion has empowered Venkatesh to overcome obstacles, such as public speaking, and develop the confidence to engage effectively with others. He expresses gratitude to his colleagues for fostering a positive work culture that promotes both professional and personal growth. Beyond his role at PACT, Venkatesh is a multifaceted individual. He runs a small business specializing in Braille printing on visiting cards, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit. As a devoted family man, he strives to provide a better future for his loved ones. For our children with disabilities🧑🏼🦽in our partner care institutes, this journey begins with women caregivers-Unsung heroes who work tirelessly to provide inclusive care tailored to each child's unique need. They are more than caregivers. They are healers, nurturers & advocates. Trained with specialized skills, they ensure that these children often among the most vulnerable receive not just care, but the dignity & Oppurtunites they deserve. From helping a child take their first steps to fostering confidence in their abilities, these caregivers create life changing moments every single day. Each child wants to give back💞 something to their heroes which would be an encouragement that makes them feel good and acknowledged. This gesture encourages them to walk an extra mile. PACT INDIA is running this annual campaign every year to raise Rs.2000 per caregiver that makes them to feel happy with their families by getting some goodies & festival needs from your kind donations. Last year we catered to 90+ caregivers (Including few males who care for their safety) This festival season🎄 starting from 💥November to December 🎅🏼we run one such campaigns to meet our needs in addressing their requirements.
