Here's how to be discontent and unhappy in three easy steps: 1️⃣Envy what you see on social media because you think that is real. 2️⃣Despair because you haven't been awarded for the latest 30 under 30 award because you forget that people are more willing to post about highlights than lowlights. 3️⃣Compare yourself to others because you know who doesn't like to feel like they are wayyy behind. In all seriousness, stay level. There isn't some rule out there that says you need to accomplish said task at said date. Chill, you are right on time. Run your own race and remember that extraordinary is simply a string of ordinary actions put together over time.

How do you feel when someone asks you about your wins? If you’ve just launched a fabulous new product, smashed a sales goal or secured a dream speaking gig, it feels fantastic to share your news. Those moments are amazing and absolutely worth celebrating. But what about when you've been focused on quieter (but oh-so-crucial) tasks – like sending emails, delivering client work on time, prepping for a webinar or posting content? Would you shout about those? Or would you stay quiet and feel, well, maybe a bit inadequate, feeling you’ve nothing significant to share? But here’s the thing: it’s consistently delivering these everyday activities that actually builds our businesses. And maybe if we start celebrating these achievements as wins too, we’ll boost our confidence rather than feeling like we’re not doing enough. We might even find ourselves going a bit further, a bit faster. Until suddenly those massive ‘big’ wins that seemed out of reach are only few mini-steps away. Now I think that’s something to truly shout about! So, this week I’m going to celebrate my micro-wins – however tiny. Will you join me? I’d love to hear and celebrate yours too. 🙌

Do those who pay to be featured on lists or highlighted in special issues also believe in participation trophies? Why should I pay someone to publish me? Why would I want to pay to be on a list? It’s hard to take seriously those who claim to be the best in the business, yet pay a media company to boost their reputation. Is there even a legitimate list that truly recognizes the excellence of some of these partners? Here’s to the real superheroes in our partner community—the ones who earn their accolades without buying them.

Don't lie to yourself this week - We applaud every impression made. - We cheer for every lead captured. - We recognize staying on target. - We value simply showing up. VS - We celebrate forging meaningful connections. -We exult in sealing the deal. -We revel in achieving our targets. -We honor completing the task. Yes, “enjoying the journey” has its merits. But don’t let charming phrases excuse unfinished tasks. Here’s the bottom line: You started to finish. Celebrating what’s incomplete is like awarding yourself for just participating. It feels nice momentarily, but remember why you’re here. Finish the task. That’s the real win.

Take your award for showing up today. (Yes, only for your participation) I fear to post on social media often I fear what should I say and what not I fear to show up and make a comment I fear and do overthink what to write about Yes, we all have been there, Meanwhile, there are people, pulling themselves in every situation to show up. Yes, this is brave Yes, this takes energy Yes, this proves yourself Yes, this makes you who you are How often are you afraid to show up? While people are making their impact meanwhile. Today, I am giving myself the award and a pat on back for showing up. (You know it is hard some days) PS- Are you eligible for the award today? PPS - How often do you post a week?

Did you sign a new client this month? Help a client achieve a life-changing breakthrough? Get recommended by a top industry leader? Did you take a moment to actually celebrate it? Or did you just keep your head down and barrel on to the next thing on your to-do list? Here’s the thing: celebrating wins is essential, no matter how big or small. This month, I brought on three new clients. I received raving feedback on each of the projects I delivered. I’ve been in conversation about a potential partnership. And instead of brushing it off as “just part of the job,” I paused to appreciate it. Why? Because those wins represent trust, hard work, and progress. And if you’re not celebrating the milestones, what’s the point of the journey? So, here’s your friendly reminder: when you achieve something great—take the moment. Celebrate it. Acknowledge it. Let yourself feel proud. What’s a recent win you’re celebrating? I’d love to hear about it! 👏

Hi 👋 I’m Daniel, and I’m feeling unstoppable right now! I know what you might be thinking... 💭 “Who does this guy think he is?” But today, I’m letting the wins shine. Why? Because we don’t do that often enough. Sure, I have off days. And, yeah, I make mistakes. And sometimes, I doubt myself. But when we’re only focused on the struggles, we end up feeling like we’re always losing. So, here’s to a new approach. 🏰 Our recent workshop at Næsseslottet? Got filled up weeks before, packed with energy, and rated 4,3 out of 5 stars by everyone who joined! 💻 My latest webinar to The IT Branch Association? 44 attendees and some of the best feedback I’ve received. 🚀 And Elite Advertising? We’re aiming higher than ever! These might seem like small milestones, but each one is a step forward. And I’m proud to celebrate them. Now, here’s a challenge for everyone reading this: Take a moment to share your wins this week 🏆 Not just the struggles — share what’s working, what you’re proud of, and what you’re building. You deserve the spotlight, too! P.S. Tag me in your wins — I want to see what you’re crushing this week!

When I first started in the Industry, speaking on stage was about credibility and content to deliver. Nowadays, it's all paid but these stage topics' popularity has decreased too. I guess everyone is looking for the right business model. Yet, it shouldn't be at the cost of poor content or such only purposed to sell. We used to be way more creative 😁 Which are the conferences you are going to after the summertime? #clinicaltrials #clinicalresearch #conferences
One of our industry's dirty secrets: the vast majority of awards, PR pieces and on-stage appearances are pay to play. Getting nominated usually means coughing up the dough to participate. I don't think it's much different in other industries by the way, and not necessarily bad, but more transparency on those things would be better.

First step: delete all social media apps! Or lock them outside of business hours if you need them for work
